Terms & Conditions of Carriage
General conditions governing courier, freight forwarding, and warehousing services provided by Naizex Logistics W.L.L.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transportation, distribution, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehousing contracts executed by Naizex Logistics W.L.L. (hereinafter "Naizex") within the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and internationally.
2. Shipper Warranties & Dangerous Goods
The Shipper warrants that all consignments are accurately described on the shipping document or Air Waybill, properly packaged to withstand normal transit conditions, and compliant with all applicable national and international export/import regulations. Dangerous goods, hazardous chemicals, and prohibited contraband will not be accepted without prior certified written authorization and regulatory compliance.
3. Delivery & Proof of Delivery (POD)
Consignments are delivered to the recipient address specified by the sender. Delivery is considered conclusively fulfilled upon physical handover and electronic signature, recipient confirmation code, or authorized contactless delivery photograph.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Services
Where COD service is contracted, Naizex acts as collection agent. Remittance of collected funds to the merchant or shipper is processed according to the agreed accounting settlement schedule (standard weekly or bi-weekly bank transfer in BHD).
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all carriage contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain possess exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
